STUDENT SERVICES

Arriving College Groups.

• Full Flight monitoring Contacting and welcoming group leaders at aircraft/baggage hall by means of signage (name or school logo)
• We will co-ordinate the meeting point with the coach driver in advance.
• We will assist with lost baggage forms and ensure whole group does not halt due to one lost bag.
• We can advise any interested parties that the coach has departed.
• When the last bag is received we will advise the driver and move group to coach park to connx with driver/coach.
• This service will give you more control as we are contactable any time by mobile.

Departing College Groups
• Coaches can be met in coach park with baggage trolley's and group led into the terminal building
• When inside the group will be "groomed" for check-in i.e. all students to hold own ticket and passport , name on all bags etc.
• Group can then be led to check-in area and advised of location of security search etc.

Rates : €70 per group with coach arrival.
