The corporate greeting offers the exclusive services of a senior Flight Greeting agent for a 1.5 hour period from the original estimated time of arrival or 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time of arrival. In the rare event of severe travel disruption be assured every effort will be made by Flight Greeting to supply a service beyond this period at no extra cost to our client. In this event we will make efforts to contact our clients in advance for further instructions.

This service assumes baggage weight not exceeding 30 kilos per person.

We are confident of our service levels and as such, any account holders not fully satisfied by the Flight Greeting service will receive a 100% no quibble refund.

•  Meet and greeting assumes a service delivery time of 45 minutes from the original estimated time of arrival or 15 minutes prior.
•  During busy periods it may be necessary to combine the service needs of more than one passenger or group. This may result in a passenger  being asked to remain in a waiting area, restaurant or shop.
•  In times of disruption to coach or flights Flight Greeting will make every effort to deliver our service at no extra charge.
•  It may be possible to extend coverage time upon request.
•  This service assumes 20 Kilo baggage weight per passenger.
•  The Flight Greeting service is strictly limited to providing information and guidance services.
•  Flight Greeting does not provide a passenger care or wheelchair service. Please contact your airline for details.
  

Clients are asked to give as much forward notice as possible.

•  Cancellation penalties apply
•  24 hours notice is 25% of charge
•  Less than 24 hours notice is 75% or charge
•  Passengers must be at the airport in accordance with the requirements of their individual airline
